When it comes to building character and physical health, one of the best things you can do for your child or youth is to enroll them in a Kung Fu martial arts program.
More than just self-defense, the core concept of our Kids Kung Fu class is to promote mind and body harmony to help our kids become their best version of themselves. These classes are conducted in a relaxed atmosphere that promotes discipline and self-mastery. Here we say "My mind controls my body and my emotions."
With our instructors your child will learn self-defense from a formal curriculum and character skills that foster success and a good attitude on and off the mat. Over the years our most dedicated students have grown to become leaders among their peers with integrity and respect for themselves and for others.

Ask any of our adult students about their Wing Chun journey and they will tell you - Wing Chun is not like other arts. Our adult students choose to learn Wing Chun for a variety of reasons: self-defense, physical fitness, mental health, philosophy, and the comradery that comes from working with like-minded students seeking to improve their lives through martial arts practice. The Chinese word kung fu translates to skill developed over a long period of time through hard work and perseverance. Our Wing Chun classes will challenge you physically and mentally.
Sifu Michael Sampson's curriculum includes hand-to-hand skill training, Wing Chun butterfly knives (baat jaam do), Wing Chun pole (Luk Dim Boon Kwan), and Wing Chun Wooden Dummy (Mook Yan Jong). Sharing all that he has learned from his years of Martial Arts training, his program develops confidence, wellness, self-defense, and life skills.
